Chef Allen Campbell was raised by the hospitality industry. He started working and began his education at fourteen. Like those around him, he took on the typical lifestyle; long hours, no sleep, poor eating habits, no exercise. It wasn't until 2009 while living in Miami that Allen gained some clarity on how he was living. Taking care of his mind and body through exercise, organic stress relief and more importantly a primarily plant-based diet, is now where his culinary philosophy originates. Leaving behind old traditions and habits allows doors to open to evolve into a conscious role as a chef in today's society, "God gave us an amazingly orchestrated system of life, it is our job to nourish it!" He has recently published a book with client and NFL quarterback Tom Brady.
