Frederick and Maximilian Guerrero
Brothers Frederick and Maximilian Guerrero, have announced plans to open a new restaurant in the Chinatown neighborhood of Los Angeles this coming October: Burgerlords, inspired by the brothers’ highly successful Tumblr of the same name, might be the first incidence of blog-to-table dining the world has ever seen. Burgerlords sets out to be much more than just a restaurant; it aims to be an all-encompassing burger lifestyle brand.
Burgerlords is modeled after classic no-gimmick burger institutions and will feature walk up window service along with both covered and uncovered patio seating for 25. The menu will be kept simple and classic: cheeseburgers, burgers, and a homemade vegan burger, with fries as a side and a selection of craft bottled sodas. With a menu staying true to old school fast food joints, burgers will start at just $5.
In addition to food offerings, Burgerlords will capitalize on the creative connections they have built over time to create an entire burger world around the restaurant, which will include everything from merchandise to special events to collaborative art projects. This project will be the perfect intersection for the groups diverse backgrounds, which span both extensive restaurant experience.
