Chef Dennis Samala, founder of Creative Culinary Concepts, specializes in new product innovation and menu ideation, culinary development, manufacturing, and sales solutions.  A 25+year veteran of the food industry, his experience includes consumer packaged goods, foodservice operations, food manufacturing and culinary sales support.  A well-travelled culinarian with a strong culinary understanding of various cuisines from Mexican/Regional Mexican, Asian/Regional Asian/Southeast Asian, Latin American, American /Regional American, and Mediterranean /Italian/Balkan regions. He has worked with both large corporations and independent start-up entrepreneurs.  He has developed and launched many iconic products in food service and retail channels. He holds a degree in biology and microbiology from Cal Poly Pomona and is a certified ProChef II from the Culinary Institute of America and Certified Chef de Cuisine from the American Culinary Federation.  Based in Southern California, he leverages his culinary and technical background along with his network of business partners in marketing, packaging, and consumer insights, enabling his clients speed to market.
