Jeremy scullin

Jeremy Scullin has traded coasts to lead the kitchen, at KINDRED in San Diego and is receiving big accolades. This isn't his first time working with a vegan menu; Scullin cooked at the Blossom flagship in New York City and went on to open Blossom on Carmine, which specialized in organic vegan small plates. He came to San Diego from Philadelphia, where he put together plant-based fine dining dishes under James Beard-nominee Rich Landau at Vedge, which earned a spot The National Eater 38 list; Eater's Bill Addison deemed it "the best meat-free restaurant in America", serving "breathtaking food that also happens to be vegan". Scullin also sous cheffed at V Street, a vegan street food bar launched by Vedge's owners.
