Aron is the author of 4 best-selling plant-based cookbooks, including the acclaimed cocktail book, Zen and Tonic.
When she’s not writing, Jules serves as the beverage director for the non profit Lox Farm Dinners in NY and Palm Beach raising funds for their “food as medicine” Fresh Rx program.
She has been featured in Forbes, Huff Post, The New York Post, The Today Show, Imbibe, Goop and Well + Good and is a regular contributor to Thrive, Women's Health, Mind Body Green, Organic Spa and Woman's World Magazine, among other national outlets.
