Patti Lang - McFatter Technical College

Patti Lang, a South Florida native and former resort Spa Chef, fulfills her passion every day at McFatter Technical College teaching students to hone their skills for a career in the plant-based culinary arts profession.  Patti is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University, The Institute for Integrative Nutrition, Rouxbe’s Professional Plant-based Certification Course, as well as continuing education programs at the Culinary Institute of America and she is currently enrolled in Rouxbe’s plant-based Essential Vegan Desserts Course.  She has a deep rooted belief in overall wellness which includes consuming whole nutrient dense foods, living a holistic lifestyle while motivating others to do the same.
