Hence the increasing popularity of podcasts! They’re portable, digestible, and perfect for long car rides or intense gym workouts.

The number of podcasts on iTunes (or wherever you get your content) is blowing up as we speak, and it can be hard to know what’s worth listening to — and what’s worth skipping. So, we’ve hand-picked some of our faves on the power of plants.

The Vevolution Podcast

New to the podcast game is Vevolution! The plant-based events and media company just announced the launch of The Vevolution Podcast. The group has recorded over 40 talks from Vevolution Festival 2017, Vevolution Topics 2017 (which included Food Innovation, Health & Wellbeing; Activism & Campaigning and Ethical Fashion) and Vevolution Festival 2016 — and will be releasing one podcast per week.

With over 30 million downloads, this is one of the most popular podcasts out there, run by athlete extraordinaire Rich Roll. The triathlete, cookbook author, and vegan all-star interviews some of the biggest names in health, fitness, nutrition, art, entertainment, entrepreneurship, and spirituality. His wife and fellow author and influencer, Julie Piatt, also has her own awesome podcast called Divine Throughline.
