Valentina Cordero, Founder of The House of V, is a professional Chef, trained by such world-renowned chefs as Paul Bocuse & Marie Blanche.

Valentina perfected her baking technique while working in Napa Valley, California in Chef Thomas Keller’s Bouchon Bakery, under the tutelage of Pastry Chef Ethan Howard.

Back in Miami, she worked with chef Michael Schwartz & Alejandro Briceno at Afterglo restaurant. After embracing a Vegan lifestyle, Valentina knew she needed to adapt her French Cuisine training to Vegan ingredients that are both healthier and better for the planet, and that is how The House of V was born.
